Feeling Depressed
It's been a while now but every time I wanna cry I instinctively take a deep breath and hold it back, then I feel worse because I need to let it out it's waging on me and I'm not just talking about a mental burden, it physically hurt I can feel my heart aching every time but I can't and the more I try the worse it gets. I know I need therapy but I can't afford it. Can anyone please give me some advice or tell me a solution, basically anything that can help me, I would be so appreciative. Ps. I'm sorry if there are any mistakes English is not my first language.
