Feeling Tired

I’m depressed… it’s been a long time and everything is getting actually worse than any time before I have these suicidal thoughts and I’m afraid that I can end my life easily cuz I see no actual meaning for my existence so anyone to talk to !! I need help

ماعنديش حظ في حاجة وكل الأبواب مبلعة في وجهي
