Girls, I have attachment issues and can't handle it!

girls i need your help ! i have attachment issues and dependency 💔 i Really can’t handle it and I can’t help it! i understand that sometimes in a couple we need some space and my fiancée is having some issues with him self and needs some space but he does it in the worst way ! and it kills me ! i don’t know what to do anymore 😭 it feels like im suffocating! when he don’t want to talk I can’t help it this is when I feel the urgent need to talk to him i feel like he’s going away i have fear of abandonment ! sometimes it’s just that he’s mad at me for some reason and i can’t stand the idea of him being mad at me and not talking to me i need to make it up and talk to him 😢 i am really suffering right now i can’t do anything before talking to him i can’t eat i can’t work i don’t even want to move before i talk to him i am really afraid of losing him although I know he just need some time with him self and he will come back eventually but i can’t help it i can’t stop calling or texting and it’s really annoying for both of us what should I do girls please help me ...see more
