Feeling Confused

how can i be sure if i like someone or not cuz sometimes i like them sometimes I’m not , they tried to talk to me but i ran away, why did I do that ? , i like observing them from afar and i think of them alot

My ex dumped me mid-exams & now I’m spiraling 😟

my ex broke up with me , reason = he was feeling mentally suffocated and he couldn’t handle a relationship cz he has to work on himself starting from communication. he broke up with me between my exams which lead to my exams going in the drains . I had a panic attack and I’m just spiraling throughout . I am able to sleep now but now he wanted time before he can hear me again I said ok stopped calling him and I asked him whether he wanted to go no contact he said not really . now even if I wanted to I can’t really cz I have to get my stuff back from him including finances . the way I communicate I either communicate or I leave . he is giving me responses that are not reciprocated taking almost a day to reply . idk what he wants it’s making me grow anxious cz idk what I should do . I slightly got pissed as I expressed how he was not replying and he said he was busy . but he still didn’t reply to the text . so I just said “ whatever “. now he hasn’t texted me back since 12 hrs . idk where that puts me . what is he achieving from this . i really do wanna know how he is doing and check up on him since he is trouble having to sleep for days . but now idk whether he wants me even present I can’t seem to get an answer 🙂😟 ...see more
