Feeling Stressed

Hello, folks, I have a lot of money on Saturday and I have a lot of coefficients I do not know if I remember, especially physiological, "I feel ""extreme pressure"" and at the same time I feel like I can't remember and my energy is over."

I feel like I’m drowning and can’t breathe anymore

I feel like I’m drowning into a deep ocean, like I can’t breathe anymore, I live my life with this for almost 2 years and it gets worse, sometimes I lose control of myself and can’t breathe automatically, sometimes I act weirdly happy when something happens in my family like engagements , weddings or celebrations of anything, like I want to take my mind off and celebrate to think of nothing, but life it doesn’t goes about celebration so when everything ends I start to seek for something else to do , I have duty and I have my college , but everything in my life complicated especially my study and how I was so passionate about it but now because of my situation I start to feel depressed , so I have a lot of things that I should care about but my anxiety and depression don’t let me find peace , and in the last I want to say something to my family or friends but I can’t ...see more

I only feel like me when I'm anxious – anyone else?

has it ever occured to you that you're not familiar with peace? with anxiety-free life? that you only feel like yourself when you're worried and something isn't right? i know this might sound off to some people, but I can't seem to stop searching for causes to be anxious! ofc not consciously but when i took a moment and thought about it, i feel better knowing I'm me, the sad stressed anxious crying me. i don't know how to deal with peace, how am i suppose to act when I'm not worried or scared or anxious.. ...see more
