Failed high school, feeling lost & guilty

m feeling lost cuz m a student in my final year of high school i failed and didn’t graduate so m repeating the year now At first I decided to quit but later I registered again to continue it took a long process But m under pressure from my family they’re upset with me and don’t talk to me properly i feel guilty all the time and I’m also tired of studying m trying to stay consistent and study but I feel a huge emptiness inside I’m anxious all the time and I’ve forgotten what it feels like to be at peace I don’t know if it’s because of past accumulations or if I’m just being dramatic. i need ur support and advice guys please ...see more

My Struggle with Forced Hijab & Depression

I want to tell my story, a year ago I was a normal person but then my family forced me to wear the hijab and I did not like it, I know it is wrong but I do not like it, I do not like it and I was not convinced by it, it caused me depression for a year and I still have a problem with it and I hated my appearance because of it, I lost my confidence, I hated everything and the problem is I know it is wrong but I do not know and I went to a psychiatrist to get treatment and there was no progress and I hate myself because of it and I even hurt myself and the effects remain whenever I see them I see the amount of sadness and when I want to talk about this subject with my mother or one of my family they do not want and they say that it is my fault. I feel like I’m drowning and can’t breathe anymore

I feel like I’m drowning into a deep ocean, like I can’t breathe anymore, I live my life with this for almost 2 years and it gets worse, sometimes I lose control of myself and can’t breathe automatically, sometimes I act weirdly happy when something happens in my family like engagements , weddings or celebrations of anything, like I want to take my mind off and celebrate to think of nothing, but life it doesn’t goes about celebration so when everything ends I start to seek for something else to do , I have duty and I have my college , but everything in my life complicated especially my study and how I was so passionate about it but now because of my situation I start to feel depressed , so I have a lot of things that I should care about but my anxiety and depression don’t let me find peace , and in the last I want to say something to my family or friends but I can’t ...see more
