I'm so destroyed and can't take more pain

I am suffering from severe depression and panic attacks. Because I have lost hope in everything and I am thinking about ending my life. The only person I thought would compensate for all that was a girl I loved for 8 months. My only goal was to make her happy, but she hurt me so badly. She said painful things to me, and she did this twice. I forgave her the first time, but she did it again. I am completely devastated. I thought my life was going to change, but I have lost hope and I am so destroyed. Please, can someone help me? I am so devastated. Maybe someone who has been through the same thing as me, or anyone who can help me. I hope someone can help me, I am so destroyed and I can't take any more pain.
