How to talk to my crush? I'm so socially awkward.

How to talk to my crush for the first time? So I’m here cuz I’m VERY socially awkward, obviously. Sure I can talk more calmly and relaxed to people that I know well. But I find it near impossible to talk to someone new. I have plenty of anxiety and my horrible self esteem makes me think that the person I want to talk already hates me before I even say one word. I decided some time ago to talk to her if I met her, but many days have passed and I haven't seen her. I have her Instagram, but I don't use social media a lot, especially Instagram, and I'm afraid she might get the wrong idea about me from my profile (I follow her, but she doesn't follow me back because she doesn't know me at all).
