I am too worried from the future thinking about so many things that might happen that would be disappointing many people happiness and I do miss talking a lot with someone I trust I love being a lone but I don’t love being lonely

I hate my birthday so much & wanna disappear

I hate my birthday so so much. the last good birthday I had was my 16th birthday then everything went downhill. I’m turning 18 in few days and I really don’t want that day to come. I just don’t want a birthday anymore, I wish everyone would forget about it (including me). it’s so stressful and I feel unseen, unwanted, unloved on that day.
