Feeling Heartbroken

I miss my dad who died almost 4 years ago and I still can’t get over it now , I’m 21 now and can’t move on , and stopped my studies, was depressed and still I guess idk what to do anymore, I can’t even make him proud …

there's this guy I liked and got so attached to him we used to talk everyday all day I found out hes not the one for me we don't have the same goals so i pulled away first I ghosted him and then we talked after that we went silent i blocked he reached out once I didn't reply his message wasn't what I wanted to hear from him ( and didn't want to stay talking to him because I will be in the same circle again ) but the problem is I cant forget about him he's always on my mind and im missing him a lot I know what I did was the right thing to do and I shouldn't be talking him again but idk I cant keep him out of my thoughts and im wishing us to be back which is wrong im so tired of this wlh idk what to do it tried everything to keep him out of my thoughts my life... always thinking what if what if knowing nothing will change im stuck ...see more

I can't live without him & it's so harmful. Help!

i love someone alot , to the point i can't live my life without him. thts so harmful for me ikn , but i tried evry way to not feel for him , stay away from him , moving on ... but I couldn't even when somtimes he doesn't treat me like i want to , and when I get upset for something he don't like it and he ignores me .... I need solutions idkn what to do , i get sick evrytime we fight , cry , overthink all the time , im afraid of loosing him . ...see more
