Feeling Not great 😕

Hi my best friend found another friends and she doesn't talk to me anymore and we literally have been friends for 8 years her birthday day was yesterday and she went out with the girls and didn't even tell me Bye

Reached out to my caregiver and got hurt again 😥

So I have a caregiver who's main purpose is to provide support and comfort to my little side and to reach out to her if things get a bit to much to handle (mental health wise). Well tonight hasn't been going so well and when it doesn't go well, I don't reach out because I always get shut down or turned away...... But I thought, this time might be different... Well I reached out and she stated that she was busy tonight with her sub (I didn't know she had a sub, which is completely okay with me as I understand he was before me). But I can't help but feel shut down again for going to someone who told me that when things get tough and I need help, to message..... Well I did and got hurt again 😥 Worst part is, is that I am in little space (which is when I am very venerable) ...see more
